Pallu Design

Pallu Design brings to you: Fabric goods I have stitched from upcycled, natural dyed and handmade textiles that have been created using traditional craft techniques in villages of Japan, S E Asia and India. In my stitched creations I use Japanese kimono silks, Indian saris and bandhani, Mexican oilcloth, Hmong batiks and embroideries, block print cottons and indigo dyed cotton and hemp. I also sell these traditional fabrics in lengths so that you can create your own textile masterpieces! It is my policy to support traditional artisans who create handmade fabrics, by upcycling them in my studio and then sharing the ‘new’ products with the rest of the world.
